Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before availing of the “Approvals Guaranteed Offer” provided by Midpoint Alliance Inc, O/A Midpoint Automotive. By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.1     To be eligible for the “Approvals Guaranteed Offer,” you must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Have a verifiable and consistent source of income.

2.1     A down payment may be required depending on the individual’s credit history and financial situation.

2.2     A cosigner may be required to secure financing. The cosigner must also be eligible to have a vehicle based on their creditworthiness.

3.1     Buyers availing the “Approvals Guaranteed Offer” will be limited to a selection of vehicles based on their creditworthiness and financial capacity.

4.1     Up to 2 weeks may be required for Midpoint Automotive to negotiate with lending institutions to secure financing for the eligible buyer.

5.1     If, despite meeting the eligibility criteria, the buyer is not approved for vehicle financing, Midpoint Automotive will provide a compensation of $3000. This compensation is subject to the conditions outlined in this offer.

6.1     Midpoint Alliance Inc, operating as Midpoint Automotive, reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2     This offer is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

6.3     Midpoint Alliance Inc, operating as Midpoint Automotive, will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of this offer.

6.4     Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
